2. Services

Walk Through Studios offers high-quality real estate media services, including capturing images and producing visual content for properties. Our photographers are skilled professionals who strive to deliver outstanding results that meet your requirements.

3. Bookings and Payments

a. Bookings: To book our services, you can contact us via email, phone, or our online booking system. We will confirm the availability of our photographers for your requested date and time.

b. Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

c. Payments: Payment for our services is due upon completion of the photography session, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, such as cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic transfers.

4. Property Preparation

a. Client Responsibilities: As the client, you are responsible for ensuring that the property is clean, decluttered, and adequately staged before our photographers arrive. Well-prepared properties result in better-quality images, video & 3D content.

b. Access to Property: Please ensure that our photographers have full access to all areas of the property that you wish to be captured. If any areas are restricted, let us know in advance.

5. Usage and Copyright

a. Ownership: Walk Through Studios retains the copyright and ownership of all photographs taken during the photography session.

b. Usage License: Upon receipt of payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, and limited license to use the photographs for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property only. This license does not permit the use of photographs for other commercial purposes, resale, or distribution.

c. Image Alteration: You may not alter or modify the photographs without our written consent.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

a. Privacy: We respect your privacy and the privacy of individuals depicted in the photographs. We will not share any personal or sensitive information without your consent.

7. Client Cooperation

a. Cooperation: We rely on your cooperation during the shooting session to ensure the best possible outcome. Please communicate any specific requests or preferences before the session begins.

b. Safety: Our photographers will follow safety guidelines during the photography session. If you have any safety concerns, please inform us in advance.

8. Liability

a. Property Condition: While we strive to capture the best images of the property, we are not responsible for any imperfections or defects present at the property.

b. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walk Through Studios and its photographers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the photographs, except in the case of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time due to non-compliance with these Terms or for any other reasonable cause.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website.
