Payment will be collected once you have been provided media proof. You will not be able to download the media until payment has been made.

• Ensure the home is cleaned up and any personal items the seller does not wish to have included in the media is hidden.
• Mow grass / remove snow, exteriors are as important for photos as they are for in person showings.
• Ask the homeowner to leave the home. Although this isn't required, it speeds up the process and normally results in a better quality product. We love sellers, but they tend to get in the way.
• Turn on all lights, replace any lightbulbs that may be burned out.
• Remove any trash bins or items outside of the home that you don't wish to be in the photos.
• Best practice is to have the shoot scheduled PRIOR to having any for sale signs scheduled/installed.

As a real estate agent and member of the Northstar MLS, I have a Supra key and can access the home using the e-key. The agent is always welcome but does not need to be present, I will lock up and shut off all lights once the shoot is finished unless otherwise instructed.

Yes. However there will be a $50 charge for any shoots rescheduled without a 24 hours notice.
